About the HIPAA compliant badge
The HIPAA compliant shield is a Care En Route trust mark. It is not a government seal or third-party certification. Each customer remains responsible for using and configuring the service in accordance with its own HIPAA obligations, policies, agreements, and workflows.
The demo uses fictional locations
The public route demonstration runs locally in your browser with fixed example locations. It does not request your location, collect an address, or send addresses to a mapping service. The map is a local illustration.
The walkthrough form prepares an email
Details you enter stay in the browser until you choose to open your email application. This website does not submit the form to a server or save it in browser storage. Sending the email shares those details with the team through your email provider. Do not include patient details or sensitive information.
No advertising or session replay scripts
This implementation does not include advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or session replay. Fonts and illustrations are served with the site. Your browser still requests the site from its hosting provider, which may process ordinary connection information.

Before onboarding, request current information about product availability, data handling, service providers, account access, retention, and the agreements appropriate to your practice.
