Care En Routeby EasyDocForms

MOBILE IV & WELLNESS

A full treatment.
A workable route.

A sixty-minute treatment is never just sixty minutes of your day. Book around the drive, equipment setup, patient care, cleanup, and documentation.

AN ILLUSTRATIVE MOBILE IV VISIT

Protect the time
around the treatment.

Configure the service timing that reflects how you work. For variable-length services, reserve your configured maximum so the next visit does not depend on everything going perfectly.

The patient chooses a provider-arrival time. Setup begins on arrival; the treatment and departure time are reserved separately.

  1. 2:15 PM · Arrive & prepare

An example ten minutes for equipment setup and preparation, configured by the provider.

  2. 2:25 PM · Treatment

An example sixty-minute service. Your actual treatment duration and clinical decisions remain yours.

  3. 3:25 PM · Wrap up

An example ten minutes for cleanup, packing, documentation, and departure.

  4. 3:35 PM · Ready for the drive

The next available visit must leave enough time for the traffic-aware drive and your configured safety allowance.

CLARITY BEFORE YOU GET IN THE CAR

The address matters.
So does the paperwork.

  • Check the service area first

Three nested zones make it clear where you travel. The inner zone includes travel; the outer two use your fixed travel fees.

  • Keep the price visible

An illustrative $175 treatment with a $35 Zone 2 travel fee totals $210 before checkout. The quote is preserved with the appointment.

  • Use the intake you already trust

Choose your organization’s intake form or packet, including an existing PDF converted through EasyDocForms. Service-specific form selection in the dedicated mobile flow is not yet included.

Your next appointment shouldn’t ask you to be
in two places at once.TRAFFIC-AWARE AVAILABILITY · CLEAR TRAVEL PRICING

Can patients choose an exact arrival time?

They choose a specific provider-arrival time. It is checked using the route and current traffic estimate before reservation. Traffic can still change after booking, so this is a planning time, not a guaranteed ETA.

Does this manage clinical decisions?

No. Care En Route supports booking, intake, charts, and documentation. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, review, and finalizing notes.

Can I schedule a team of providers?

The initial release supports one configured mobile provider per organization. Multi-provider assignment and route coordination are not included.
