Every founding plan goes the extra mile. Mobile forms, five done-for-you Exact PDF conversions during initial onboarding, continued use of those forms, and unlimited AI-assisted dictation during the founding-plan period.
No surprise appointment overages. The 35- and 80-visit figures are guidance, not booking cutoffs. PDF conversion allowances do not reset monthly; additional done-for-you conversions are priced separately.
Review founding-plan detailsIt evaluates the customer’s address against your existing stops, traffic-aware AWS route estimates, travel safety allowance, setup time, service duration, and departure time. A time appears only when the complete route fits inside your mobile session.
The customer chooses a specific provider-arrival time, rather than a broad arrival window. The route and traffic estimate are checked again before reservation. Real-world traffic can change afterward, so this is a precise planning time, not a guarantee against road delays.
Draw three nested service areas. Travel is included in the inner zone; you set a fixed fee for each of the two outer zones. An address outside the third zone cannot book online. The normal travel charge is fixed by zone, not charged by the minute or mile.

Stripe is integrated into the Care En Route booking flow. The quote includes the service price plus the travel fee locked when the appointment is reserved. Free bookings are handled separately.
The Starter and Practice appointment counts are plan-fit guidance during the founding period. There are no surprise appointment overages, and we will never interrupt an existing booking because your month was busier than expected.
